...28degs now, but temps rise all day into the 40's as the winds and rain begin to settle in ....rising to near 50degs for tomorrow....

...an early run to feed Kasey's fish/critters, then some fish room putz'n, etc......errands  ....

...geesh! what a night... for various reasons I couldn't sleep much and this morning I didn't get out of bed til 9.30 I was aching so much...arthritis sucks some days...

...took a handful of IBU...going back to bed...if that doesn't help, it's get out the serious meds...

..sometimes just a soak in the tub helps a bunch.....does for me anyway..
