LaCrosse Alerts makes it..it connects to your internet then you add wireless thermometers wherever you want. You pick how many you want in the kit or can add them later. Each thermometer can host a submersible probe also, so you could monitor inside/outside temp and humidity or plunk the probe in a tank.
