...a cold day...so a little rolled roast in the oven...w/potatoes, onion, and tomatoes saved from the garden.....

...it's freezing-ass cold here...damn temps have dropped into the highs of 60s the last couple days...55 when I got up at 8 this morning...supposed to get more seasonal 70s by the end of the week...

...I've been paying bills this morning...ugh!

...had our first HOA board meeting yesterday...it went okay...no complaints from any of the residents...but I tell you, our president really doesn't know anything about running a meeting...   ...a couple people have suggested I throw my name into the hat for that spot next Feb...I really have enough on my plate right now without that set of headaches...but if someone with a little common sense doesn't show up, I may have to reconsider...I just writhe in my seat while she's screwing up!....

...why doesn't someone explain and coach her a bit.....hopefully your HOA secretary has her act, and minutes, together....they go hand in hand....
