SS increase for 2019

...Whoa....2.80%.....not bad...and no increase Medicare..... |^|.....I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.... ::)

That's the largest increase I've seen since the 4 percent when gas was at 4 bucks a gallon.

And no increase in Medicare. Usually SS goes up $10 and medicare goes up $9 so you end up almost even.

A certain senator (McConnell) wants to cut SS and other entitlements to make up for the deficit produced by the tax cut for the rich that was supposed to result in increased revenues.
Is that the other shoe you speak of?
