..we're still full from the open house chow....so we'll grab something later if we need to.....I forgot to mention that the one caterer had big bins of 'Cajun potato salad'....pretty good stuff too..

..no idea what all was in there, but they fried potatoes 'American style' then added bacon, onion, and a nicely tangy hot sauce.....yum yum....
