Baked Catfish fillets with herbs and butter with Napa Cabbage coleslaw.  I had everything ready and the oven preheated when I discovered that the fish was  only half thawed.  Nothing I can do but hold my hunger in check  and wait.  In the mean time I'll puff on a good cigar and mim
