Friday leftovers

...Jan has 'bunco' tonight with the gals, so we just grabbed leftovers from the fridge.....

Pounded and breaded boneless pork chops deep fried until golden brown with corn on the cob with too much butter from one of my good customers.  I don't know which was better but if I had to choose I'd have to give it to the corn. 

If I'm still hungry after I do WC I'll have a salad with blue cheese dressing.
