...the heavy rains from yesterday/last night have begun to move out now......still dark and gloomy....

..some grocery shopping and a few errands this morning...haven't checked the calendar yet...

Good morning. Only one cup of coffee this morning because of a Drs. appointment. Coffee give me high blood pressure readings.

Will be getting my car serviced after the medical appointment. Don't know yet what I'll be doing when I get home.
