She just broke a toe, as if she doesn't already have enough on her plate.

?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

...Well, Barb, so sorry that happened to you...!

...hope it heals soon with not too much pain...
Happy Aquariuming,

Thanks Liz, Jon and Ron.  Bill accidentally backed up on his scooter right over my left foot.  I had at least 300 lbs on my left toes, but only one broke, next to big toe. His weight plus the back part of the scooter, the heaviest part of course.   I splinted 3 toes together with sport tape, can't bend it.  6 weeks to heal I think.  Hurts.

Sorry to hear, hope it doesn't hurt too much.
Do we get to call you 'Limp-along" now?
Dale

I'm not afraid of work.  I can lay down right next to it and go to sleep.

Barb

Thanks Dale, yes Limp Along is just fine.  I am limping for sure.  Good thing it is my left foot so I can still drive.
