Friday trip...

...We went to Canyon Lake today...nice curvy drive...Lake was beautiful...then we had lunch at Tortilla Flat Bar and Grill...Tortilla Flat was the last stagecoach stop along the Apache Trail...It has some history...

...then we took a short drive on past the "Flat" where the paved road ran out and it becomes dirt/gravel...It eventually connects to a couple other lakes in the Salt River drainage and eventually becomes paved again.... we didn't go the whole route because it would take to long and we would have missed the dinner group!...dinner is important!...

...yeh...our friends have bought a 1995 Wrangler and it was our first time out together....not a rough trip though...our ladies were happy with that!..
