left over taco salad from my chef friend.  It was even better as a left over cold dish.

....only us 'older' folks really understand and enjoy the wonderful taste of leftovers......I wonder if anyone ever opened a leftover restaurant  huh

In good restaurants they likely call it aging the dish in the walk in overnight.
