..mid 30's out there now, we'll be the same most the day....give or take a lot of fog....dreary looking junk...

...well, here it is midday, and i see i missed a couple days again...gosh! i hate that!...been really busy with the spring fling stuff ...even though Lucy and Annette are the ramrods, I get to do a lot of grunt work in the process...it's going to raise a lot of money to help keep our HOA fees low ($700/year), but i'm tired of all this prep...  (small rant there!...sorry)...

...was elected to the BOD Tuesday...2 positions open and the other electee received just a few votes more than i did, and he's a returning board member...the same woman was elected president by the directors at the follow up meeting, which means i will be watching her very closely because she's pulled several things without the board's official approval...we had one guy quit because of that and he couldn't get support from the rest of the board...another Ron on the board and i will work together on that...he was appointed when the other fellow quit...It should be an interesting year!!!

...It rained here some yesterday and most of the night...not ATM, but still overcast heavily...temps in the 60's and i've been soo chilled this week!...

...got our new gas range/oven, microwave, & single drawer dishwasher delivered yesterday....now i gotta find someone to install them...i'll do that after SF...

...I hope all are having a good day...and ill be back on here sometime...!
