I like our Subway here too....in a college town the food turns over quickly, so we always get the fresh cuts.....my favorite.....turkey, provolone, a bit of lettuce(yuppy grass), black olives, and Pepperoncini , then the wine vinegar and oil......it's a great sub.... |^|

Salad in a fried taco shell with sauteed strips of red and poblano peppers and onion.  He put pickled jalapenos on it and a large dolop of sour cream.  I have left overs for tomorrow.  I'll fry the good stuff up quickly and serve them with refried beans (alas from a can) and Mexican rice which I make like a pro.
