Put about a dozen bone-less skin-less chicken thighs in a casserole dish and covered 'em with sweet baby rays.  3 hours @ 350  YUM YUM YUM  Melt in-your-mouth juicy & tender.

.....brings back memories of working 3rd shift.....other folks morn'ns were my evenings....we even had a 7:30am bowling league...beer, snacks, etal.....LOL
