lights and plants

I have always liked water sprite.....I happened to talk with a guy at the last swap that loves it too.....

  We got to talking and I mentioned that I used to keep a lot of it thriving....but now have had troubles. He says that the plant doesn't like the the lights.... huh...and after planting it under the old warm white tubes it has taken off for him again.......interesting...... |^|

..any other plants that might react that way...... huh

...mine is growing rather well right under the LED lighting I have...It's rooted in the corner filter and spreading over the surface of the water...

....but those 'plant' type led's don't run cheap either.....what type is yours?....spectrum range?.....

...I'll have to dig that out for you, Mugs...I don't have the information at hand...
