I found a wonderful, fresh hot salsa in the produce section where they keep the things that need to be kept cold refrigerated.  It's plenty hot, but I like even more hot so I put a few shakes of the same hot sauce that the tienda puts on their tables.  I top the tacitos with a good dollop of full fat yogurt to tame the fire.  The avocado is heat taming as well.  I wish I had made Mexican rice and re fried beans, but I didn't and it's still excellent.
