Title: Christmas Eve and bad weather here
Post by: Barb on December 24, 2020, 02:46:34 PM
Hi all, warm and 72 here now, but high winds and tornado threats going on now.  No rain but that comes later.  I had to windproof my backyard earlier today.   Tomorrow will be very cold but sunny and no more wind, so they say.  Will let you know.  Hope you all have a fine day today and Merry Christmas for tomorrow.  Tell us what all you did to celebrate.  I just got back from taking my mom a homecooked steak dinner for a  treat.  Pineapple upside down cake for her dessert.  Steak, sweet potatoes that I grew and broccoli.

Ron, I will keep an eye on my shrimp tank.  If Tom eats my shrimplets then he will go to a tank of his own.  Won't heavy planting give the babies plenty of hiding space?

Subwassertang would be a very big help.  I'd send you some but every time I've shipped plants they arrive dead :(

It's bitter cold and windy here although I think that the wind has settled down some.  We had the rain last night.  I'm going to hibernate for Christmas.
