Late yesterday we received a phone call from the agent saying she was going to send a counter to our offer to us this morning...it is $500 over where we expected them to be!... |^|...we'll be signing the agreement today sometime...

And in related news...we got one of our rentals listed on the MLS now and are in email discussions with a party on another one that isn't listed...they saw it last season but didn't want to do an option deal to purchase...It's costing them more this year because prices have risen and there are none for sale in here (they should have bought the option)...

And further in related news...3 people have already approached us about purchasing our home (two adjacent lots with expanded park model, she shed, deck, patio and covers over all...

We went to look at furniture on Market Place and found some we liked....will pick the stuff up Monday...I hope!...
