What do you know about these ingredients?  They're in Adams flea spray but.  I rarely have to use it on grooming dogs and when I do it's I give a single flea a squirt.  I tried it on myself,  I like it because while deet is oily and makes me feel dirty, this stuff is alcohol based.  It sure does rock as a mosquito repellent.

Etofenprox, (S)-Methoprene, and Piperonyl Butoxide

Methoprene is a juvenile hormone (JH) analog which acts as a growth regulator when used as an insecticide. It is an amber-colored liquid with a faint fruity odor which is essentially nontoxic to humans when ingested or inhaled.
This one affect JH which causes insects and relatives to have messed up metamorphosis or molting. Doesn't kill them, just keeps them from being able to breed. Except:
Methoprene is suspected to be highly toxic to lobsters.

It is a synergist. That is, despite having no pesticidal activity of its own, it enhances the potency of certain pesticides such as carbamates, pyrethrins, pyrethroids, and rotenone.
Risk assessment
The US EPA, in their reregistration eligibility decision, determined "no risks of concern" existed for householders mixing, loading, handling, or applying PBO-containing products.

The first one would be the only one I would worry about. Except for the last one if you keep lobsters, crayfish or shrimp.
