Title: Friday morn'n coffee...>>

...coffee's great !.....15degs and we'll get to the low 30's this afternoon....tonight the snow moves in and snows through Saturday.....

..this morn'n we'll give Keegan a ride to school. Matt has an early appointment up in Belvidere.

...other than that, we'll just putz......

Good morning. Great coffee here. It's in the lo 30s here and won't get much warmer. Hopefully the wind is not strong as yesterday's wind.

A little putzing in the fishroom amd cleanup around the house. That snow storm moving through Chicagoland tonight will move through here tomorrow night so I'll be bracing for that.

....Putzing day for sure....already had the fellow from the town's building dept here to go over our plans to build the yard sale storage shed...gave us some good ideas to reduce costs too....

...yes...residents have a lot of stuff that they get rid of that still has usable life left...we set up tents usually first of January for storage and they fill pretty fast...sometime the wind between now and end of Feb when the Spring Fling events begin will have its way with the tent material....therefore we're going to do something more permanent and sturdy... The yard sale brings in about 5k-6k free and clear that goes into our general fund, thereby helping keep our annual assessments around $700.00 per lot...!
